Overview
Mark Belyan is the owner & designated broker of ProActive Property Management with 17 years of commercial property management, asset management and brokerage experience as well as a multitude of other skills integral to property management. Mark has managed neighborhood retail centers, small office, medical office, light industrial and grocery anchored retail centers. He has experience with all types of tenants from large national tenants like Buffalo Wild Wings, T-Mobile, Albertsons, Security Title Company, Edward Jones, Goodwill, and Pizza Hut all the way down to local, independent restaurants and boutiques.
